I have an issue in a web application that needs fixing. The component of the web app is a punch/time clock (ie. track when someone signs in and out of a work shift for instance - time tracker). The punch clock inherits the correct local time however writes time to the Azure SQL db as UTC. I need the time presented on the UI and DB to be the same (UI currently correct but DB shows UTC). Formula to convert number in B8 to time in D9 (12 hour clock without the AM) so in the example shown 911 (minutes) converted to time is 15:11 which i have working correctly in E9 but i need the 12 hour conversion in D9 which would display 3:11.
