What I really want is the gas tank to have my love of violent cartoons embodied in illustration. Im thinking along the lines of Superjail, Rat Fink, and psychedelic effect built into a violent mural. Hello, We are looking for a highly qualified mechanical engineer with experience in designing small torsion springs. We need to design a very small (mini or micro) torsion spring to close a small valve door. This small valve is insert in the outlet of a liquid tank. When the valve is closed, the tank must not leak water. Step file of the valve is attached. The spring needs to close a small door against a rubber gasket to make it fully water tight. The rubber gasket has a hardness of 30A and the door is small so I think that ~10 grams of pressure when the door is closed would work fine.
