Hi I am looking for someone to convert my basic floor plan that I designed into professional quality architectural/building plan for a permit application. It is for a 16m x 16m wooden platform with a two story glamping tent structure. I need plumbing, septic, electrical configuration on the plans. I included the layout of both floors of the two story glamping tent (see attached). The walls of the tent will be 4m high, 2.15m for the first floor and 1.85m for the second floor. I wish to wish dimensional lumber like 5cm x 5cm and 5cm x 10cm meranti wood for the frame of the tent, and a waterproof polyester+PVC coated fabric for the walls/roof of the tent.
