8mm film transcription from handwritten notes

I'm looking for someone to transcribe 42 pages with 27 lines per page of handwritten notes into a Microsoft Word document and provide a flash drive. Attached is the first page. The notes are my summary of the events occurring, the people, the buildings from 16 8 mm movie reels. The number at the top (001) is the first reel, and the 1 circled is the page number for that reel. There are 16 reels and from one to three, sometimes only two pages of notes per reel. The numbers on the left are the seconds and minutes describing the location of the material. For example, the attached page is the first page of reel 001. The first line is "03 west side door of barn" This means the film shows the west side of the barn and it is on the third second of the film. The second line of the handwritten notes is a continuation of what is on the film. "front steer barn, wood stave silo. Line 3. "10" means this starts ten seconds into the film and the description of what is there on the film. For example, the transcript should be " 03 west side steer barn" The second line would be "front steer barn, wood stave silo" The third, fourth and fifth lines would be “10 driveway facing west, right- old garage, baler shed, maples on south side, Mike, Anne Froehreich house across road" I had a secretary who transcribed my handwritten notes, and I always proofed those notes. I know I will have to go through and make corrections. Maybe you could do two or three pages and we could decide if this will be a good fit for both of us. I will not scan to you since my scanner is slow and it would take me over an hour to send. I will mail the pages to you. Eventually I will need your mailing address. I could not sent without deleting mine contact information. I am new to this transcription service. I need an estimate as to how the time it will take you to transcribe, your time frame in doing the transcription and your hourly rate. . Payment: Checks are dangerous, I will do Venmo.
