Hello, I understand that you have a data set and you wnat to draw insights about this data using inferitial statistics and predictive models after applying some preprocessing. Regarding the dataset, what is the data set size? Which field is the data related to? What are you looking for in this data? What kind of model you want to build? My approach to data analysis projects is as follows: 1- Apply preprocessing 2- Ask the right questions ( in collaboration with the client) to get to the desired insights. 3- Apply Exploratory data analysis 4- Answering the asked questions. 5- perform statistical tests to see if it supports the results 6- build predictive model (if requested by the clients which is the case) 7- communicate the findings with the client and reiterate the process ( if needed). I have 2 years of experience working with data analysis tools in python which includes ( pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn, and plotly) as will as date science tools such as ( scikit-learn, and TuriCreate) I have done many data analysis projects in udacity nanodegree for data analysis as will as building variety of machine learning models. Regarding the cost and delivery time thw value provided is an approximate as I cannot give an exact number till the above questions is answered. Happy to chat some time for further details.
