Job Description:
Job Title: Remote Development Team Manager (junior, medior and senior)
We are a company based in Europe looking for a skilled and experienced Remote Development Team Manager to lead our team of developers based in Ahmedabad in India. The successful candidate will manage daily tasks, ensure that projects are completed on time, and coordinate with team members and other departments to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily tasks and ensure that projects are completed on time.
Prioritize tasks to maximize profitability and productivity.
Use Agile working toolings like Jira/atlassian and know all ins and outs of the Scrum way of working.
Create and maintain a task management process to ensure all tasks are tracked and completed efficiently.
Identify problems and provide practical solutions to improve team performance.
Create a performance scorecard for each employee and evaluate their progress regularly.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to meet project goals.
Work with Dutch colleagues to understand tasks and optimize processes.
Set up a management organization for planning, task management, performance improvement, score carting, profit calculations, and employee management.
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ethical-minded and strong character.
Experience working with Agile working toolings like Jira/atlassian and Scrum way of working.
Long-term experience in managing remote development teams.
Ability to work independently and take the initiative
.
