For this role, you will be responsible for: - Making inbound and outbound phone calls to book appointments - Handling messages through text and email using a large database of templates + responses - Daily reporting and updating of our systems - Iterating, improving, & creating new systems - Solving problems that arise This is a fast-paced role and you must be comfortable making phone calls and working quickly. If you speak Spanish as well that is a huge bonus! The faster you are, and the better you can handle client accounts, then the more appointments you can book and the more you can make! There is room to move into a higher-paid management position or closing position for the right candidate. This is a full-time role and across U.S. time zones.
