We have a B2B WordPress website that fails Core Web Vitals on mobile and desktop. The site was originally made by one developer, then worked on by another, resulting in many issues due to lack of communication. The website uses Elementor and a customized theme. We would like to work with an expert WordPress developer to improve the site's performance and get it into the green in Core Web Vitals. We also want to remove all unnecessary plugins (currently the site has almost 50 WordPress plugins).
