I want to build a website that scrapes data from other well known webites in the real estate world. When looking to purchase a home and researching via trulia, zillow, etc, you cannot see what your commute, cost of commute, and other trade off's are when moving from an apt in the city to the burbs. My website will give you what the trade off's are and also indicate to you want your commuting time is, form of commute and cost to work, etc.

A historical city guide is the core of the project. It might be using Google Maps or Mapbox, which I prefer. The database will include coordinates, name of the places and detailed information about places. Users will be able to search both on maps and in database.
