408228 Android app with camera XML

The app is simple; 1. start app -> show splash screen 2. the app opens the camera view (button to open old snapshots, that can also be used => goes to step 5 with the stored snapshot) 3. tap on the screen to take a snapshot 4. resize the snapshot to 800x600 5. post the snapshot, location (long, lat) and some other parameters to fixed web address (html protocol - rest XML). 6. show animation ontop of screen while waiting (sending and receiving) 7. save the snapshot in a list 8. in the received xml there is content for a list and there is special content. If the special content node is empty, then the content has to be displayed as a list (details will follow). 9. if the special content is not empty, the special content is downloaded from the links inside the special content node and used in a specific piece of code (will be discussed after the delivery of step 1 to 8). If you can also develop the above for windows mobile and/or blackberry then thats preferred above other programmers. Please provide proof of your work. Minimum 2 apps done succesfully.
