I am building a Woocommerce store. The way the order process works is once you place an order on hold, in process, Back-order, etc. This is supposed to send an email notification to the client. However, The mails are not sending when I place the order on hold. But when I place the order to be in process I the mail get sent. So in a nutshell the mails notification is not working. Please help, I tested everything on the mail server side. Not sure what to do anymore.

Hi there, I have gone through with your issue you are facing. Actually it is not an issue. Woocommerce does not allow to send email in case of order status "On Hold". For this either you need to customize it or may be make some sought of system to send email manually. Lets chat and find some kind of suitable solution of your problem.
