Delivery Driver Custom Plugin & Good Order Tracking plugin- WORDPRESS

I need you to suggest a good tracking plugin and I need a custom delivery driver plugin. Things I want the delivery driver plugin to be able to do: 1. We would like bulk assigning of orders to the driver rather than driver receiving one order per time and claiming them because we will pick up all the orders placed to a store by 5:30 pm. 2. Once bulk orders are assigned, the driver snaps the QR code of all the orders printed by the vendor (through their phone). 3. This should automatically inform the customer that their order is out for delivery. 4. That process of snapping the order QR code should also produce the driver with the map route of all the customers that he/she will deliver to (through their phone) and allow the driver to label the orders as 1, 2, 3 and so on based on the automatic route plan. 5. The driver should be able to override a route plan and go manually too. 6. The driver should be able to take a picture/signature to confirm delivery. 7. The driver should be automatically directed to the next order once delivery is clicked as completed or failed. 8. We should be able to pay the driver while taking our own commission too.
