I have a parallax design mockup that I needed coded as a bootstrap WordPress theme. You only need to do the homepage and general template elements (header / footer). I am a designer / developer as well, but this is overflow work that I can't handle -- please provide examples of parallax designs that you have developed. * Code MUST be clean, organized and up to standards (no inline styling, messy code, etc...) * Must be on the bootstrap framework * Must be on WordPress * Must be able to start work immediately with quick turnaround * Must be fluent in English so we don't have misunderstandings
