Android Hacker Developer Wanted - GSM / Cell Phone Spoof App

I am currently in need of a specialist/hacker in android. I need someone who is also a specialist in GSM Modems and Cell Phones. I want an app created in android (you need to be able to hack the android software and reconfigure the firmware). Purpose is to creating a SMS application that is able to do Spoofing. You must be able to do some reverse engineering in order to develop an application for me. More details will be given to the winner of the project. Again, my requirements from you: • YOU MUST HAVE DETAILED KNOWLEDGE ON SMS SPOOFING. • YOU MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH. If you can speak partial English, that is not good enough and I will immediately switch to someone else. • YOU MUST KNOW BE A SPECIALIST IN ANDROID DEVELOPING AND BEING ABLE TO HACK IT AND MODIFY IT. • YOU MUST BE AN EXPERT IN GSM/CELL PHONE TECHNOLOGY AND BE ABLE TO RESEARCH AND FIND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR. I CAN PURCHASE EQUIPMENT NEEDED BUT YOU NEED TO FIND ME THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT THAT WILL WORK. • MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE IN REVERSE ENGINEERING. The person who can complete this project successfully without any problems will be awarded and will work with me on other projects. Conditions: I will only pay you once the project is fully complete and operational. I will not pay anyone who does partial work and leaves me hanging. It is only fair if you give me a fully working application and proper research. Again, once the software is working, I will send immediate payment and then you can give me the source codes. I will repeat myself since people have a hard time understanding. I will pay you the full amount once the project is fully complete. So don’t expect any payment upfront.
