Custom Registry Monitor for Application Settings

I am seeking a developers with excellent knowledge of Windows OS and system software development. This project requires creation of a registry monitor that utilizes a hook-based approach for Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11. The monitor will specifically keep an eye on application settings and alert me via email whenever any changes have been made. Key features will include: - Targeting application settings in the registry. - The ability to detect any changes to said settings. - Sending an email alert every time a change is detected. Freelancers with experience in creating similar systems or possessing a deep understanding of the workings of Windows OS will be preferred. Additional Details: Monitor Regedit for the changes related to the policies applied through Service. Send notification to server, send mail to a group, in case of change not applied through Service. 7. Logs needs to be updated to SQL via a API POST call (this endpoint is developed you need to call this Only) and keep a backup at local database. We want a hook based mechanism, where registry sends the change notification and the code will take action post that. Registry Monitoring need to monitor only changes that are predefined. So in a particular Path there could be multiple keys and multiple entries. But we only want to track changes to the values we have predefined. We are assuming that all changes will be done through our service in registry, and as soons as service modifies registry value it will send notification to server. Once the notification is sent, registry monitor will start tracking any change need to be tracked and reported. The service needs to track changes in HKCU. The service needs to work on all OS - Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11.
