Ad hoc C# development

OK, my previous project didn't produce too many good bids, so I change it to this project. Here's the gut of the project. I reversed Engineer a custom Winapp written in C# which basically pulls code from Team Foundation System (a Source Control software) and deploy them based on a supplied code label . Right now, I am interested in deploying SQL2008 stored procedure/table schemas...etc. But it would be ideal if you can expand it to deploy Winapp code as well (Forms, DLL ...etc) I already have the code, but the reverse Engineer process screwed up the user interface, so you have to reconstruct the UI. But all the C# code is there.... So for this project, you will need 1- Team Foundation Server knowledge. You also need to have access to an installation of TFS either through your office or at home so you can test the code. Otherwise, you will NOT be able to test the code. 2- Must be proficient in C# (at least 3-5 years) 3- Must be available to work start immediately (if selected) 4- Windows 7, Visual Studio 2010
