Summary This project involves post launch tasks of a website for Scope Logic. This project will follow the timeline outlined below and does not include ongoing maintenance of the site outside of what may be stated in the scope. Project Scope This SOW covers the following activities and deliverables. 1. Code Repository Setup 2. Mobile Responsiveness Improvements Review and improve mobile responsiveness to each page or feature. 3. Reviewing live site for bugs and issues, etc. 4. CMS, Plugins, Widgets Setting up additional plugins and widgets including but not limited to • form building plugins • SEO plugins • email integrations tools 5. Google Analytics initial set up • Conversion tracking • Google My Business optimisation. • Analytics setup and reporting for detailed conversion and behaviour tracking Deliverables • A backup copy of the files associated with the site. • A reference document outlining what updates are made to the site along with a link to online resources.
