html display issues

Website design is not laying out properly after implementation of SEO. Need to identify and correct the coding issues in the site causing the layout problems. Long story short, web design company refused to complete the page layouts (create all the individual pages) after trying to redesign a top ranked shtml based site into php. Needless to say, we were forced to intercede to complete the project when they refused to build the site properly to protect existing rankings. Unfortunately, somewhere in the process, the original code was "disrupted". We are looking to have the homepage corrected and the secondary pages corrected. Error appears to show up in firefox (they will not provide the version and we cannot duplicate the error - Image Attached). View Sonic 20 Inch LCD 1024 X 768. Need to get this addressed this week. Home page, footer is moving into the body. on the secondary pages, footer is moving on hover etc. which does indicate there is indeed a code problem whether it's in the css or in the actual document code. Site can be viewed from working project at netauditonline.com. Site is template based using includes for "Header" "Menu" and "Footers" so there is a high probability that any code based changes should be able to be efficiently and quickly be implemented site wide. This project needs to be completed by Friday 4/18. If the completion date cannot be met, please do not bid on the project. We are under tight deadlines to get this moved off the project board.
