I currently possess a domain name. I am looking for someone to make he website and demo ready or working to be put on a host server. It must a functional website. I had a designer but he did not produce and uncapable of doing project. I currently have several ideas (forum, chat room, online store, etc.) but I need a creative designer to put my ideas online. The winning bidder of this project will be the bidder that makes the best proposal for web design. Payment will be given only when the project is completed successfully. No advance payment.
