Convert flash website to work on the iPhone

I currently have a flash website that can't be viewed by the iPhone, iPad. I need someone to simply copy the current flash site in a format that is compatible with the i devices. I will need you to advise me on what you think I need before we commit. I will need some sort of re-direction code on the index page. I will require the source code on completion.
