Conceptual Website Flowchart

We need an inventive & creative web developer to create a detailed flowchart illustrating a concept web site's design, developmental requirements and functional elements. The provider may be required to conceptualize up to 30 pages but may include more, the designer shall create his design using MS Visio, the flow chart shall illustrate User Interface Description, User Events, System Actions including complete function. During the project period the designer will collect the requirements from us through IM. The selected candidate will then submit the requirements in a draft flow chart format for our approval prior to beginning the project. The flowchart will contain upon it's completion all the necessary "site plan" information required for designers, developers & suppliers to easily participate in this project's RFP/RFQ process. Our budget for this project is $150.00 to $250.00 The project should not exceed 10 days.
