219330 Custom Wordpress Theme

I need a custom Wordpress Theme created for a company starting to sell online for the first time. The theme has already been designed (see attached graphics) I've already installed Wordpress 2.5.1 and the WP-Ecommerce Gold plugin - all I need is someone to actually make the theme "real" and to tweak the Ecommerce plugin to match the design JPG as closely as possible and obviously help to get it working with the related PayPal account. Home Page: The picture on the left should be easily changable from within WP and so should the T-Shirt of the week. There's a very tight deadline for this project (24th May 2008) so please don't bid if you don't have experience with designing Wordpress themes or can't stick to deadlines as I will assume that by bidding you WILL finish the project by the deadline.
