PHP,CSS HTML, MYSQL ecommerce website in DREAMWEAVER

i would like someone to teach me how to use dreamweaver, to develop an ecommrece site in PHP. i will pay the the person a fixed fee of £150 for this tutorial. you will have to teach me in a STEP BY STEP tutorial, we would need to communicate via some remote desktop software so i can see your screen. IF THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE THEN A SCREEN CAPTURING SOFTWARE SHOULD BE USED AND THE VIDEO SENT TO ME i am availble at the weekends, tuesdays, and most evenings. Please understand i am looking to build an ecommrece systmen from the ground up, and NO OPEN SOURCE ecommrece software is to be used!! You would need to start from the very beginning, from designing the html/css template to creating the database tables etc. the site does not need security feautures or anything complicated, and an object orientated approach is NOT what i am looking for. please accept this job if you have enough time, i will need to have this site built saturday 26th november i have a basic template of the site. now all that needs doing is creating the datbase and tables, and using dreamweaver features to make it dynamic, im not looking for someone to teach me how to code php doe manually!
