Improve current website design, add database, add calendars and reservation system

My vacation rental site needs design improvement, my dedicated server is older so the additions cannot be too advanced. I would like: 1. Database, so I can upload/delete new properties 2. Add/delete fotos 3 Integrate a RESERVATION/CALENDAR system, to show the calendar for each property and the dates available. Must be a cloud based system, I have researched many reservation software companies such as [login to view URL] and have not decided, I would like help and suggestions on making a decision. 4. Reservation software would ideally allow for multiple users in different locations to access the site and add/cancel reservations. 5. the site has basic SEO already complete, so I would like to be sure that the coder understands how to improve the site and not lose ranking on the search engines. A basic knowledge of SEO is required, and the site must be improved without hurting current rankings, and also taking into consideration that more SEO work will be done on future projects. The ideal coder will be creative, have design/graphics experience, and also have excellent knowledge of software/technology. I would like a person to be willing to help me search the internet for other vacation rental sites that can give us ideas.
