I need 2 size flash banners. 468x60px 300x250px i need a flash banner with the following message... 1/RED CODE RED CODE 2/US fighters! 3/We need you your help 4/eUS is under attack. 5/15K US soldier against 20K European invader 6/Come and help to defend the home country! the numbered chapters should be 1-2 sec [login to view URL] chapter 1/ RED CODE, RED CODE, should be flashing as a big warning. The background is some light grey , letters in Chapter1,3,6 red, in the others black/dark grey. It needs a flashing red border on it. The whole feeling needs to be like a military alert. i need it in 12 hrs be done, so dont bid if u dont have the time to do. First mock up is expected in 2-3 hrs.
