Creative Content Designer on Joomla Template

I'm looking for somebody that can work as soon as possible. All the content is on the website right now and the template is there to be worked on. If you find a better template from [login to view URL] then I can purchase that as well. No generic applications please, I need you to showcase your BEST portfolio items ONLY. I don't want to see a large list of websites that you've worked on. I'm need somebody that is good at optimizing landing pages and working really well with website spaces. Right now you can see it's just paragraphs on the website but I'm looking for somebody that can get creative with the content and design the right layout and place the right graphics. You can create your own graphics but if you wish to purchase some graphics from [login to view URL] that is also ok, I will cover the cost of the graphics there. The home page has a slider that I would like to use to feature each of the service lines ([login to view URL]) and you would need to work with the graphics for that. I would also like you to create the content and layout for the home page. I've given a couple of examples of the landing pages that interest me, you don't have to do what these show but it's an example so you can see my expectations. I do not want somebody that I have to micromanage, I want somebody that knows what's best for a website that can read the content and know what to do with it.
