Create Facebook fun page

I am looking for a Facebook business Fan Page Designer and also for facebook marketing. Need 1k + Facebook page US and Mexico fans for Facebook Page. Please bid only if you have rich experiences for facebook US and Mexico fans marketing and can access to them quickly. Requirements for this project: - All fans must be real people with active facebook pages (no fake accounts)/ accounts of being suspended. -Facebook fun page: to have some flash animation, video, to create a photobucket or other free photo uploading site, so that all the graphics can be uploaded there instead of hosting them. It is important that I have support feature at my fun page and to have option kind of "share" where funs can see the product and "share" opinion about them.
