TMS Data Acquisition website

I have been developing a client server application and now require users to be able to download the application as well as content for use with the application. The web site must have the following attributes: 1. While I'm getting my application ready for the general consumer I want password protected access to any of the areas on the site. 2. I have to embed two java applications on one of the pages. The one will allow the user to create an account for their business on the application server. The other will allow the user to download one of two applications, engineering client and server application. 3. I want the site to be accessible by an Android client in order to download a Android application. 4. Content providers must be able to upload their content 5. The site will initially need a way for clients to donate in order to download beta version of my software. I will also need point of sale functionality for the application(s) and the content. 6. The site will also contain user training and marketing material I see this project developing in three phases: 1. Development of a functional specification to define tools to be used, where the site is to be hosted, functionality required. While I am fairly good at Java, Android, SQLite, MYSql web site development is not something I want to get sucked into. Therefore Ill write the specification with your technical contribution and you charge based on an hourly rate. 2. Site development 3. User acceptance testing where I get to see if what has been developed meets the functional specification Once step one is complete I would like to obtain competing quotations. At this point Ill make the decision to either do the work myself, ask the specification contributor to do the work or give it to a third party.
