Visual Basic Data Entry Form

Project Requirements: 1. Two Data entry forms which will allow me to enter the information in the two reports below into a database. 2. We will need basic functionalities such as save, delete, print, preview and search. 3. The ability to create a report based on a date range, borough and property type value and save the report as a PDF file. The main criteria are the date and borough value for an entry. There are 5 boroughs Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx, Staten Island Sample Reports which needs to be created from the data entered: [login to view URL] [login to view URL]
