Reports designed for a VB 2005 Application(repost)(repost)

I need to have the End-User Report Designer control from [login to view URL] report component intragrated into my VB 2005 Application. (Application is attached.) For information on this component: [login to view URL] I am also open to other report writers you my have rights to as long as it can support end user report design. I also need some printed reports added to this application. You may use the [login to view URL] report component to build these reports or any of the methods included with VB 2005. The reports needed are: Address Labels Contact List Phone List Inventory - All Rabbits Inventory Single Breed Inventory of Selected Blank Show Entry Show entry for Selected Show Remark Card Labels Show Cage Labels Cage Cards Business Cards Stationary Pedigree Large Pedigree Small Pedigree Cover Sheet To Do - Today To Do - This week To Do - This month Data Sheet For Sale Card For Sale Labels Phone List Mating Certificates Medical Records Winnings Journal Litters In addition I need the print button on the tool bar to print the current form, like a screen print. I will provide current source code to application with valid data to do all reports. The [login to view URL] report component and a PDF examples or descriptions of what each report should look like. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
