Process File 1 is the base set for our data Contains the basic Information File 2 is the our version of the data Contains 4 extra rows Rows K-N (Position has not been finalised) Repetitive Process In file 1 a user can change any field or insert new rows, new records When this happen 1) If the fields in file 1 have changed then in file 2, The equivalent se rows should be marked so (You can take as constant field Unit code Presently column O) 2) If you have new Rows in file 1 those rows should be added in file 2 marked with a different colour leaving room in colums K:N for the admin to fill the details missing 3) If rows in File 1 have been deleted, the equivalent rows should be marked in file 2 with a different colour in order for the user to make those additions Colours , Yellow . changes, Green Addtions, Grey Deletion
