Brief: Our company is a short-term rental company based in Philadelphia, PA. We deal with guests from Airbnb, VRBO, [login to view URL], and many other vacation rental platforms. We also operate sister companies of real estate and construction and you are more than welcome to express any interests in these areas if you'd like. We have position openings for: 1. Operation Manager 2. Hospitality Manager 3. Administrative Assistant/executive Payment: COP ~ 1.400.000 and INR ~ 30,000.00 // payment will and can be adjusted per each person's experience and ability after the probation. Culture: It is very important that you understand the culture of our company. Our company provides very much flexibility in working hours and style. We are not going to time your work hours minutes by minutes and we encourage a flexible work environment where you take your projects or goals and achieve it without us having to micro-manage for you. We are also a multinational company, meaning that your norm may not be our norm, vice versa. We are very fast-paced and steady, we need someone responsible, team-player, and mature. We are looking for especially those who have experience in the hospitality industry like hotels and bnbs & speak Spanish. Hi Susan, unfortunatly the link you provided has been removed from Freelance admin however, from your job proposal I see that you currently have 3 vacant positions I have diversified experience in many different industries from being a personal assistant in the finance industry to managing a property management and maintenance business and more recently through volunteer work and working for not for profit organizations. Within these different industries and through my further education I have had the opportunity to learn Human resources, taxation, payroll, bookkeeping, different policies, protocols, procedures and so much more. Through my work as a personal assistant, I sharpened my organizational skills, my attention to detail and my ability to work with speed and accuracy, working for volunteer organizations I perfected my cash handling skills the ability to balance the till at the end of the day as well as improving on customer service skills.
