1 Shift available are from 8am - 8pm EST
You are a call center agent (working from home) taking inbound chats to answer questions about the company and helping people navigate through a website. . We've been around for a while . . . and we're here to stay. Because of this, we do have a screening process.
A resume is not required, but helpful. A background in sales is always helpful, because while you are not selling, you do want to have the right attitude and enthusiasm during the chat to encourage people to use our company. You must have a professional speaking voice, reliable phone and internet.
