Create Whiteboard videos for Financial Advisors to introduce themselves using available technology -- 2

I don't think I explained the project well so allow me to redefine what I am seeking. I'd like to Create Whiteboard videos for financial advisors using currently available software including storyblocks, wellsaidlabs, and mixkit.co. I would provide a script for an individual and the idea is to produce a 1-to-2-minute (max) video introducing the individual. This would NOT video a live person and is NOT animation. We want to get a similar video using stock videos of people and stock / AI audio. No animation though I previously included examples for the type of action. We also do not want to use live video recordings of financial advisors introducing themselves which would require filming advisors who may be uncomfortable on camera, as well as needing proper lighting and perhaps other elements like better cameras, etc. The following are examples of videos of advisors introducing themselves or recording other offers but I do not want this because they are shot live with the real person speaking.
