Jeg leter etter å fylle en langsiktig editor for flere prosjekter for byrået mitt. Jeg driver et byrå for shortformcontent som redigerer videoer for ulike coacher, bedrifter og podcaster. Videoene er opptil 60 sekunder lange, og jeg forventer at du redigerersubtitles, b-roll, stock footage, dynamic motion/graphics og generelt gjør videoen underholdende og svært engasjerende. Jeg leter etter en person som kan være min heltidseditor i de neste 6-12 månedene, med mulighet for jevnlige lønnsøkninger når byrået vokser. Du vil få betalt 100kr for hver video redigert. Prosessen er svært effektiv. Alle videoer er tilpasset av meg -> du får råmaterialet, redigerer det og laster opp de redigerte videoene i en separat mappe. Jeg forventer en enkel miniatyr som passer forholdet 1:1 på Instagram-feeden. Alle videoer skal redigeres i 9/16-format for fullskjermsopplevelser på IG Reels + TikTok.
