Make a website gadget

For our website we need a talented developer who can do a special gadget. The gadget you can do with Java-Script but not with flash. What to do_: Attached you will find a archive with a screenshot of the original website where we got the idea from (red border). Also an own button image to use for the gadget. The sense of the gdaget is a table animation. We want to place three buttons (you can use 3 time the button) and if the user enter the table column/row the bordered background image will appear. If the user leave the column/row the bordered background dissapear. Also the text inside the column/row will come from darkrey to black. Please do a sample webpage with css to show this gadget. Javascript have to work in all common browsers. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
