Translate a 1600 word article about a recent conference about women and tech from Spanish to English - The translator must me native English speaker to ensure high quality. Los puestos que se crean, las industrias que crecen, las posiciones donde existe escasez de talento son digitales. Hablar digital incluye, entre otras cosas, saber programar. Saber programar significa saber plantear problemas en un idioma concreto, y da igual el dialecto (Java, Phyton, C#, R... que sea), conociendo la estructura de la lengua con la que nos comunicamos con la tecnología un profesional podrá adaptarse mejor a su medio y usarlo para crear y para resolver problemas. Y luego podrá ser profesor, bombero, emprendedor o tendero. Porque sin duda para competir, trabajar y desarrollar una carrera profesional esta habilidad será fundamental.
