Convert a 3d mesh (in this case a car) into a solid object for editing (extrude cuts, push/pull, etc etc etc) in programs like Inventor/Fusion 360/etc. The vehicle's body should be one object. The wheel assemblies should be separate objects from the vehicle body. File attached, can provide different formats as needed.
