Go programmer for Gmail and db System Creation

Using the Google-provided Go code and Gmail API I want to have a system hosted on Heroku where it will collect Gmail messages from three separate accounts (credentials in a shared database), stash the messages in another table in the shared db, and "archive" them on the Gmail side. It will also need to look in the database to see if any messages need to be sent out, and will send those messages with the required account. So all SQL, Go and API work. I'm a Rails programmer, but I would prefer this be done in a system language that Google is happy with. And I need readable code with comments. [login to view URL]
