Create a Webservice to o Redirect Website based on input URL o Capture Location, Datetime, Device Type info that is available from requested user. Destination URL will be fetch from a database. The database is available backend management is NOT required. Only URL Redirection and Data capture is needed. Purpose URL will be scanned from a mobile device, the system will capture data of user geolocation, time, device info and the redirect user to respective URL based on conditions of location, time etc. Preferred Technology .net/ ReactJS
