update a 32bit application to 64 bit in vb.net

Hello I am C++ and Windows API expert with over 15 years of experience. Solving 32/64 bit issues is piece of cake for me. You wrote " One of the codes for the dll is in c++" It's mandatory to recompile this DLL to 64bit... Do you have sources?
