Java/Spring boot ? P2P large File transfer controlled by Central /

Hi there, I can get this job done by using Java 8, Spring Boot 2, Spring Batch (to deal with chunks file), Cipher (encrypting file). However, The requirements are not clear enough to see the big picture, i would love to receive more information such as how gui is expected, how many tiers you want, what is beyond processing transfer, encrypt, etc. Here is my profile, please have a read: I have a bachelor’s degree in Information System and Software Engineering, with 6+ years in Java.
