Edit Bootstrap Admin Theme

I need a web app developed, and I would like to start with a Bootstrap admin theme. This project consists of building out the design and wireframes I have already drawn out (through screenshots). This needs to be lean, and it needs to be clean. 1) A bootstrap admin theme, dashboard template or web app starter will be provided (link below; see Live Version). [login to view URL] 2) Download the admin theme. 3) Add files to your server. 4) Make edits to admin theme using the screenshots provided (see attachments). a) create five (5) "levels" on the sidebar, three (3) of which are multi-level dropdown b) add one (1) UI element to "Dashboard" tab c) add two (2) UI elements to "Demo" tab. d) add DataTables: Advanced Tables" UI element to "Guests" tab e) add four (4) UI elements to "Add a Guest" tab f) add DataTables: Advanced Tables" UI element to "Manage Guests" tab g) create blank pages for remaining tabs 5) Create sign in page that looks exactly like template (screenshot provided; page may already be included in admin theme, I'm not sure) 6) Create sign in / sign out process for admin only. 7) Provide client login 8) Review project with client 9) Add files to my server 10) Done!
