Change permanently default settings in Surface Pro4 front camera

I need to change permanently the default settings (white balance mode) for photo and video on the Surface Pro 4 front camera (Microsoft camera front). Now the front camera uses "automatic" white balance as default property. I need as default setting for photo and video "tungsten or indoor light" as white balance setting, because my photobooth software uses this front camera and can not change the settings inside the software, so it uses the default settings. Even when I change these setting in the "Windows Camera" app and close it, the photobooth software uses the default values. Now, I need an expert who can show me where I can change these settings.
