Simple Microsoft access CRM connected to incoming phone calls

I would like to have a simple Microsoft Access application to work as a CRM where when I receive a call on my laptop , a pop up screen will show up with the incoming phone caller number and look it up in my microsoft access if exist. The application will then populate the client's history if exist and his info that was stored or allow me to add a new client. The application itself should have the following capability: 1- add new client (Name, Phone numbers, address, email, and comments) 2- Review existing clients' comments and previous orders 3- Invoice for each order submitted IMPORTANT NOTE: You will explain in your bid what would I need to have to connect my phone to the application or private message me. Bidder who did not note the applicability and elaborate and explain the process, their bids will be disregarded. Thanks
