Facebook Modification and Fans for Football Website

I have a Facebook account and would like to use it to promote my football website www.redcardfc.com. I am looking for someone to set up my Facebook so that it looks professional. I also initially require UK based 5,000 Facebook Fans. - All fans must be real people with active facebook pages (no fake accounts) or accounts at risk of being suspended soon - NO FAKES, NO BOTS, NO SPAM! - All fans must be 30+ friends (if it's possible) - Fans age from 25 to 50 years old. (if it's possible) - Fans accounts must all be from the UK and have an interest in football (soccer) - All fans must have status updates that go back maximum of 30 days -Please use only good practices for inviting fans (Facebook account must not be banned for your actions and kept active). You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted. Again, if my page gets banned for too fast friend adding you won´t be paid - Proof of prior work will be advantageous, esp. with references. - Strict CONFIDENTIALITY is required, and this project may not be used for references. - You will be paid only for those fans that remain active after 30 days. - Any fans that are suspended in that time period must be replaced, or will not be paid for. - Please use only good practices for inviting fans (Facebook account must not be banned for your actions and kept active). You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted. If you have previous experience in doing this please provide details of the facebook account. Please send us sample pages for which work was done. My maximum budget for the task is $50.
