Google merchant issues

Hi, Please only reply if you're familiar with google merchant / shopping. I need the following fixed asap: Issue #1 Your Google Merchant Center account presently does not meet the following Google Shopping Products Feed Specification requirements: INCORRECT IMAGES (DATA QUALITY) Ads with images that violate Google Shopping Products Feed requirements are not allowed, in particular: – placeholder images; – generic images, graphics or illustrations that are not the actual product images, except for products in the ‘Hardware’ or ‘Vehicles and parts’ categories; – images containing: – service-related information (‘extended warranty’, ‘free shipping’); – promotional elements (calls to action e.g. ‘buy’); – service-related information (‘extended warranty’, ‘free shipping’); – promotional adjectives (‘best’, ‘cheap’), condition or compatibility ( ‘new’, ‘2-piece’, ‘adaptable’); – names and/or logos of merchants regardless if the above mentioned elements overlay the product; – watermarks with promotional elements or names and/or logos of merchants; – obstructing content (e.g. watermarks, brand names and/or logos) that overlay the product; – borders; Landing pages with no product image or placeholder images that do not show the actual product are also not allowed. Review the Google Shopping Products Feed Specification requirements outlined above. 2. Make the necessary changes to all items in your product data - not just the ones listed in the present message - to ensure you meet all requirements. 3. Re-submit your feed once all necessary changes are introduced. 4. Make sure that, going forward, your product data meets the requirements outlined in the Products Feed Specification available at [login to view URL] There is no need to reach out to us separately to alert us to any updates to your ads as the next review will only happen at the end of the deadline. For your convenience, we'll automatically review your items again once the 28 days deadline has passed, so you don't need to contact us after you've updated your items. Issue #2 It has come to our attention that your Google Merchant Center account does not comply with our Google Shopping feed specification (available at [login to view URL]). Your product listings are currently at risk of suspension because Google Shopping doesn’t allow product listings with inaccurate Shipping costs (due to inconsistent shipping costs between the feed and the landing page): We found that for many of your items, the shipping costs as specified in your product data do not match the shipping costs on your product landing pages or at checkout on your website. Google Shopping requires merchants to provide users with complete and correct shipping information and costs. To help you submit the most up to date information, we have created a new set of tools that makes configuring your shipping information for Google Shopping more expressive and powerful. In case these new tools still don’t support your current shipping settings, you may choose to overestimate your shipping costs in your product data as an alternative.
