Create New Adwords Accounts For Me

Hello! I am looking for an Adwords Certified Pro to create around 5 Adwords' accounts. For some reason, Google does not activate my Adwords' account the last couple of times I tried to setup a new account. I will pay up to $50 for each approved account. If you're an Adwords Certified Pro, this process should be easy. You will need to setup a new account, run a test campaign for a small daily budget, show me the screenshot and I will send you the $50, and then transfer over the account to me. Thanks! Bill
