For our remote sales team we are looking for a committed, decisive sales personality with several years of experience in closing high ticket sales. Your proven track record will contribute to the continued success of our company.
Your main focus of your work will be on telephone, email marketing and social media acquisition and support of new customers: You will approach potential customers to make them curious and attentive to our Online Day Trading Program and sell them our Online Program. For our new customers you are the first point of contact for questions and suggestions regarding the online course. You build up a customer portfolio.
You build the initial contact (cold acquisition) ,warm leads, agreed strategy call to potential customers and determine the need for an online trading coaching course. Your goal is to obtain a request for proposal from the interested party.
What you will do:
Closing the on the phone, email or DM
Handling Client follow-up Calls (Strategy Calls)
Establishing Client Objectives
Manage client portfolio to achieve long-term success
Planning of appointments and meetings
Developing sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
Contact Management viai CRM software (Hubspot)
Conceptualize digital sales initiatives, analyze data and measure results
Ideally previous knowledge of financial markets
Ability to work independently and cooperatively with a remote team
Good knowledge of Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN, Twitter)
Basic requirements:
Proven results and sales experience in growing business
Remote sales knowledge, video calls and meetings management
More than 2 years Sales and Online Marketing experience in B2C,
Passion for Marketplaces & Online Services Sales
Advanced knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations
Persistent, won't take no for an answer attitude
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of market research and negotiating principles
Advanced and without accent English
Experience handling objections and responding with quick rebuttals
Development of innovative sales solutions
Developing sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. daily sales results and monthly forecasts)
Conceptualize digital sales initiatives, analyze data and measure result
