Hi there, We are in the process of creating a VAR Program for our Business Development Management System ([login to view URL]). As part of the program, we want to be able to provide our partners with a degree of sales training. We envisage: - A large portion to be self service - pre recorded ‘powerpoint’ style training - Potential of ongoing occasional webinar training sessions as the program grows Our first priority is to create the self service element of the program so that new partners are able to watch some training videos on the basics of B2B sales. Whilst a lot of this can be generic (and it would be great if you have this type of thing created already!), we also need some specifics on our solution and how to present that. I don’t want to be too detailed in this specification. You may have your own ideas as to how a largely self service sales training program could be created and we are open to many different proposals. Ideally, we would like a fixed costs arrangement but happy to consider hourly if we can be get a reasonable estimate up front. I look forward to hearing from you.

Good day, As a supervisor in sales for spirits and beverages for over 5 years, I had to train and support a big team of salesperson, technicians and engineers. Training has various length depending of the previous training/qualifications of the individual. My training is divided in 4 parts : - Knowing yourself - Knowing your environment - Knowing your client - Successful sale ( technique, approach, behavioral, closing, etc... ) There are some mini-test with every single part. I have been serving as freelance corporate trainer for 4+ years and there are different type of training programmes that I have facilitated. By looking at the project description, I understand that the training is self driven and self managed learning has to be taken in to the flow of the training. There have been projects that are online learning management systems where I have been a facilitator. Also being a narrator for animation based training sessions is one of my experiences. Knowing the target audience, the age and occupation will help identify the learning styles that needs to be used in developing the project.
